Students are an integral part of our teams. Work weeks are 40 hours from Monday to Friday. At CAE, working hours are flexible to allow employees to balance their work and personal life easily. Depending on the nature of your work, you may have to make yourself available at specific times of the week. This will be discussed in advance with your immediate supervisor.

Typically, this is a 45-minute video meeting where the hiring team will introduce you to the position and discuss your job-related skills, as well as your interests and understanding of the role. This is a good time to ask any questions you may have about the mandate and the working environment. We will contact all candidates who have been interviewed to inform them of the recruitment team's decision.
