Andrew Arnovitz is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Enterprise Risk Management and is a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee. He is responsible for leading CAE’s global risk management practice, as well as its investor relations program, and has been the company’s key interlocutor to the investment community over the last two decades. In 2023, Mr. Arnovitz was named a TopGun Investor Relations Officer by Brendan Wood International, a designation conferred to investor relations professionals who are rated in the top decile worldwide.
During his tenure, Mr. Arnovitz also headed corporate strategy and was instrumental in architecting CAE’s transformation from being primarily an industrial products company to becoming the world leader in aviation training solutions, with over 60% of annual revenues coming from recurring services. Early in his career, Mr. Arnovitz was an investment advisor with a major Canadian wealth management company, where he gained a deep knowledge of capital markets.
Mr. Arnovitz holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Concordia University and is an Ivey Scholar recipient and MBA graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He has been a guest lecturer on strategy at the Concordia University, John Molson School of Business and the McGill University, Desautels Faculty of Management.
