CAE’s UAS Mission Trainer is platform-independent and is an ideal system for ab-initio training, RPA fundamentals, basic flight operation, basic payload operation, mission planning, and mission rehearsal. The UAS Mission Trainer leverages the Open Geospatial Consortium Common Database (OGC CDB) architecture, commercial-off-the-shelf hardware, and high-fidelity simulation software making this trainer not subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Customers benefit from greater flexibility for networking, distributed mission training, and integration within a comprehensive training environment. The suite of trainers includes laptop/desktop solutions, portable trainers, and fixed-based trainers with integrated brief/debrief systems.
