CAE SimuFlite awards first Master Aircraft Technician certifications to The Home Depot aircraft systems technicians

CAE announced today that two Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technicians from The Home Depot Aviation are the first recipients of its new Master Aircraft Technician Award. Shayne B. Graves and Dennis L. Pepin earned the award for successful completion of CAE's three-year Master Aircraft Technician program.

Graves and Pepin each completed more than 225 hours of Certified Aircraft Maintenance Training in the eight-course program taught at CAE SimuFlite in Dallas, Texas and CAE's North East Training Center in Whippany, New Jersey. Both of The Home Depot Aviation aircraft systems technicians are certified on the Dassault Falcon 50EX aircraft.

Graves, an aircraft technician of 28 years, and Pepin, with 35 years of experience, have been with The Home Depot Aviation for five and 13 years, respectively.

An award ceremony and presentation took place January 13 at the Home Depot Aviation hanger in Atlanta, Georgia.
