CAE, a global leader in Aviation Training and UK P&I Club a leading provider of P&I insurance and other services to the international shipping community, have launched an aviation standard Human Element safety training initiative. The partnership will make available CAE’s comprehensive Maritime Crew Resource Management (MCRM) learning materials to UK P&I Club members that have completed the MCRM Workshop Leader Train the Trainer course provided by CAE.
New materials available to members include:
The MCRM Workshop Leader (Train the Trainer) course equips participants with the requisite skills and knowledge to successfully conduct the CAE MCRM learning programme at aviation industry competency standards. The 4.5 day course focusses on the science, methodology and materials underpinning the programme as well as the important facilitation and presentation skills necessary to deliver high quality Human Element Training. Participants will be given practical experience in module delivery with feedback from the CAE Head of Training and instructor peer group.
