CAE and Air Europa extend pilot training agreement for another 5 years

·       CAE to be the exclusive provider of Airbus A330 and Boeing 787 pilot training

CAE and Air Europa announced today at the 2019 International Paris Air Show the extension of CAE’s exclusive long-term pilot training contract with Air Europa for five more years. Under the terms of the agreement, Air Europa's Airbus A330 and Boeing 787 pilots will train at various CAE European training centres including CAE Madrid, CAE Rome and CAE Gatwick.

Partnering with CAE for another five years was natural for us, and we look forward to our pilots training on state-of-the-art full-flight simulators in Europe.”

Air Europa was founded over thirty years ago and has been a CAE customer for almost 15 years. CAE operates Air Europa’s training centre in Palma de Mallorca, Spain,and has an agreement to provide the airline with its future A330 pilots. Air Europa’s fleet includes the following aircraft: Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A330, Boeing 737-800 and Embraer 195. The airline’s main destinations are in Spain, Europe and the Americas.
