CAE today announced the appointment of Andrew “Andy” Jazwick as Vice President, Washington Operations for its Defense and Security business unit.
In this newly established position for the company, Mr. Jazwick will serve as the senior executive for CAE Defense and Security in Washington, DC and have responsibility for all CAE worldwide efforts involving the greater Washington, DC area. He will work closely with senior executives across CAE, executing the company’s strategic plan in the federal market space. In this capacity, he is responsible for representing the company to the United States Congress, federal agencies, foreign governments and the industry associations in which CAE participates.

Mr. Jazwick comes to CAE with over thirty years of experience in the Washington, DC political and corporate environment. Prior to joining CAE, Mr. Jazwick was the Corporate Vice President of Legislative Affairs for Cubic Corporation where he oversaw the company’s defense and transportation activities on Capitol Hill and was Chairman of the company’s Political Action Committee (PAC). Before Cubic, he was the Senior Vice President of Aviation Security at Reveal Imaging and the Vice President for Government Affairs at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). In addition, Mr. Jazwick spent eight years on Capitol Hill as a staff member to three United States Senators handling defense and national security-related issues.
