We also see it as our role to promote diversity outside our organization to attract an underrepresented group to an incredible profession.

Building upon our commitment to diversity, CAE has established the Women in Flight program, which has been providing scholarships to women around the world since 2018. We’re taking it to the next level and, together with our CAE Women in Flight ambassadors, are creating a movement that encourages young girls and women to dream big and have no limits. 

On June 21 at Paris Air Show we will celebrate the CAE Women in Flight movement with a cocktail and panel discussion event. Our fantastic all-female panel will discuss their experience of being women in aviation, their goals to get more women into the industry and what they’re doing to encourage change.
