SUSTAINABILITY

Social Capital

As One CAE, our mission to make the world a safer place extends to the communities in which we operate and that our employees call home. We are committed to enhancing the well-being of these communities by actively engaging in initiatives that promote safety, sustainability, and social responsibility. We are actively building a company that’s more open and people-centric, creating a workplace where all employees can feel accepted, included, and valued for who they are.

Elevating safety for all

As a global leader in training for civil aviation and defence and security forces, we provide a safe and secure work environment for our employees, contractors, and customers.

At the core of our management approach, our robust EH&S programs and procedures ensure a secure and healthy work environment. From risk assessments to safety training, our structured approach prioritizes employee well-being and ensures that our operations are both safe and sustainable.

Additionally, with its various programs in place, the company wants to create an inclusive workplace and is mindful of well-being and work-life balance.
