The Executive Management Committee shares the responsibility of advancing CAE’s multi-year sustainability strategy. Hélène V. Gagnon, our Chief People and Sustainability Officer (CPSO), directs the sustainability agenda, overseeing the cross-functional strategy and reporting efforts.
At CAE, several dedicated committees work on sustainability topics to drive our initiatives forward. These committees focus on areas such as decarbonization, climate change, safety, sustainable procurement, sponsorships and donations and global academic collaborations.
